!!!DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! THIS GUY SELLS PHONES THAT DONT WORK PROPERLY!!! THOSE ARE NOT BRAND NEW PHONES!!!!if you're eligible for a upgrade without pay, they will take it for themselves and turn around and tell you there's a upgrading fee!!! The man tried to charge me a upgrade fee when I wasn't even upgrading!! THESE GUYS ARE THEIVES Corporate has been informed of multiple actions they've made I've heard ? glad I took my money elsewhere

I purchased a phone from them and they transferred my info to my new phone from my old phone but they did not give me back my old phone. I realized that a few days later and went back up there to get my old phone. They were so uninterested in helping me, if I wasn't there to purchase something he had no time for me. Now I'm worried because all my info and contacts and pics are on my phone. I will never go there again not even to pay a bill. I live in the neighborhood and will let all my neighbors know to avoid this Metro store.
