Stopped here to possibly get the broken screen on my phone replaced and the fee was almost as much as I paid for the phone. Screen is still broken, so I'll just have to put up with it a little longer, until I find another phone to purchase.

Very good place this one particular Metro T-Mobile is the spot to go to if you want something done reasonable prices for your phone not overcharging you to do such work that is the place very friendly person that works there never mind about the other ones go to this one I will guarantee you you won't be disappointed

I was getting ready to walk out but Jay stopped me. He was extremely helpful. He was quick and efficient in helping me set up my new phone. He is professional and kind! He worked promptly!! He's a true jewel! I will definitely be a return customer.

The person that I took there to have them to activate her phone, is an impatient person and after 2 minutes of waiting while the T- Mobile worker worked in her phone, she developed an attitude. The worker was very patient with, he did his job to perfection. I couldn't see how he dealt with her for the passed 7 years and besides she bought the phone from Best Buy instead of T-Mobile eventho it was T-Mobile's phone. She never check on the insurance on the phones that she bought from T-Mobile in the past, but upon buying this one at Best buy, she no longer has T-Mobile insurance. For the Workers at T-Mobile, I give gratitude, apologies, and compliments for dealing with this kind of customer, but Thank Goodness that your store is always clean, your have chairs for your customers and the waiting time wasn't long except for her....Great Job! ? Here's your ???

AWESOME SERVICE!!I brought my phone here after taking it to IGeek on Gratiot, to have a new screen installed. IGeek nearly destroyed my phone and it was not functional when I picked it up. My power & volume buttons wouldn't budge, as if they were crazy glued or something! Plus, it was stuck on some weird reboot screen or other. They said nothing more could be done + refused to refund my money !! Then, suggested my phone could work, as long as I LEFT THE BACK OF IT OFF!!! WITH ALL THE WIRINGEXPOSED!!! UNREAL! The same thing happened to another person I know, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. ???I was pissed, but didn't give up ! Took it to Metro here and Simon (Phone repairman) listened to my issue, installed another new screen and my phone is now working just fine!!!! So glad, I came to a place that cares, knows what they're doing, works fast and has integrity!THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!I will send everybody I know here!God bless you!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best metro by t mobile store in Michigan. I buy all my phones and my t mobile wifi box from here, as well as pay my bill here. Great customer service and clean environment.

This place is a scam, they added 2 phones to my account that I don't even have or use, I had to call corporate to file a complaint on them. As far as I know they are using the other 2 phones on my account. I hate Detroit, throw the whole city away.
