The young man at the counter was very helpful, the OLD GUY behind the counter, the "MAN IN CHARGE", should be taken down a few notches, he was very condescending and rude, not sure if its a female/male gender issue but it was unacceptable. As for the young man behind the window, Thank you for apologizing for his rude behavior, and saving the day.

Stopped here to possibly get the broken screen on my phone replaced and the fee was almost as much as I paid for the phone. Screen is still broken, so I'll just have to put up with it a little longer, until I find another phone to purchase.

Very good place this one particular Metro T-Mobile is the spot to go to if you want something done reasonable prices for your phone not overcharging you to do such work that is the place very friendly person that works there never mind about the other ones go to this one I will guarantee you you won't be disappointed
