This IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE ANYMORE!!! This is a franchise ran by a family and I must say that it was the most unprofessional and unsafe experience I have ever had. The retailer told me they had the IPhone 11 for 50 dollars with first bill and they would “throw in” a phone case. As I look at the bill, I was charged 30$ for the case. When I complained he said he gave it to me for 50% off and I should be happy. After asking for a refund he started making threats, stating that he had his pistol on his hip and wasn’t afraid to use it. This franchise needs to be shut down and the retailer needs to be prosecuted.

When it was Metro PCS it was Great service and value. Now Metro T-Mobile is junk!.!!!! Bad service at corporate store s.... Bad phones ... Don't BUY TCL phone!!! I had 5 replacement in 3 months... I can't get a refund even tho 611. Wrote store message to refund my money. Older ladies left store yelling I spent hundreds on phone I can't use and you all won't help me... I said so sorry... I got same issue... I was also told not to come back... I will ..hundreds is a lot for me poor personMy$19 LG phone worked great for 7 years... These phones are now toooooo expensive!!! ... What a racket metro T-M

Personnel went above and beyond to see that the terms of a forgotten cellphone insurance policy were honored, the phone was replaced, and put back in working order. Very thankful from a senior customer.

The employees at the store on 8 & Gratiot were extremely rude, not only to my wife and I but almost every customer that came in the store during my visit. Furthermore we ended up purchasing 2 phones and of course we had to buy cases and screen protectors. We purchased the Galaxy A13 which we absolutely love and we both got otter boxes. The Otter boxes cost 40 bucks and the screen protector were 40 as well. We later found out that the cases sold for 15 bucks on Amazon were 12 bucks. I feel cheated all the way around .

My experience at the 8 Mile and Gratiot Metro T-Mobile was very professional very courtesy and the guy Brian did a excellent job on showing me how I can get into my Gmail account so I can receive all my phone contacts pictures email videos everything I think Brian for being so patient and told me to come again and if I ever need anything else to come see him thank you very much Brian

Metro by T-Mobile y’all should give Gionni a raise to be honest. I came in and bought a IPhone 13 Pro Max the three weeks ago and to be honest he so nice I just wanna say thank you to him for making everything so easy and not a hassle and honestly. I would recommend him if you going to activate a phone seriously. Gionni is very professional and knowledgeable about all the service that Metro by T-Mobile offer. Gionni went above and beyond.
