This is by far my favorite Metro location. I've been to many different locations over the years and so many just rip you off, you're stuck waiting forever, they're constantly trying to upsell, etc. At this location they are totally up front, they tell you exactly how much everything is, which matches the listed prices, there's no hidden unpleasant surprises - they tell you the activation price, phone, service, etc. Not only that, they always let me know when there's a promotion that's applicable, and I've gotten some great deals. They're always very professional, timely, and efficient. 10/10
