Keith is the best worker. You guys need to give him a raise. Metro messed my new phone up and he was so patient especially since they made him wait for almost a hr on the phone, and super nice.

This is the worst place to ever buy from or go to my son was sold the wrong case for his phone and they would not give him his receipt or let him exchange it they are disgusting rude people and I will do everything in my power to let everyone know how crooked they are! My son ended up taking his case to AT&T and they switched it out with no receipt no problem! Do not go here do not do business with these people!!!

This store is horrible. Prices are boosted and the service sucks. I asked some questions and was told I could not be helped. Then the guy actually walked away from me. When I went to the Coporate store they immediately took care of me without any issues. I will never go back there and I definitely do not recommend this place. Also this is not the first time I've had issues there.

This place is awesome. The staff are amazing. Very helpful they advice you about what's going on with your phone and they give an amazing deals and the service is amazing. I brought my iPhone and my son iPhone both weir gone like broken to peises and he end up fixing both of my phones. I really recommend this place. And please when you go there ask for Gus he's an amazing sales rep...................
