I should of known they have a policy of ripping people off when I watched the store owner rip off a man who was selling them a $1,000 phone and they gave give $50 for it claiming it was "scratched." They over charged me $140 and put into the computer system for my monthly bill to be $70 even though I asked for the $40 plan. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

This is my neighborhood Metro location. Matt is the greatest. I recently acquired a tablet and was extremely satisfied with it. I pay my bill here, and whenever I have a technical question Matt is always able to assist.

A welcoming environment. Different vendors come by with a variety of items. The barbers are friendly and work well with children. There is a vending machine and television and that is just a few of the amenities at this old school feel shop.

September 8 2020 around 7:45 , this store has the rudest sales rep, He think he's above the customers and the co workers among him. Never will I visit this store again. Thank you to the representative with the glasses and the Security guard thats how good customer service shall be once you enter the store. His coworkers always has to handle his unprofessionalism to customers at their counter

BEWARE! My phone died and I couldn't get it to turn back on. I Googled a couple ideas and they didn't work. I thought it was done for, but I had read that maybe a store could do a hard reset or something. I came to this store. He literally looked at it for 5 seconds and said there was nothing he could do and that I needed a new phone. I didn't believe him so I left. I Googled some ideas again. A soft reset turned it back on! This guy is a con man.

I don't understand why one gets penalized $30 to so call upgrade their phone. I just wanted to replace a lost phone but my model (only 6 months old) they no longer carry. The phone I chose cost the same and is same brand. Everything is virtually the same. Only company I know that penalized customers for spending their money with them. Sad!!!?
