I was vacationing in Detroit and lost my phone. Needed an emergency fix.Walked into to this metro. The salesmen Mr. Kerland praise him! This gentleman was beyond helpful. Very sympathetic to my situation and insured me he could help with a resolution. I’ve had service with metro for going on 4 years now. Been content the whole time. Until Kerland explained to me the benefits of switching over to T-Mobile. He helped me replace and upgrade my phone. Appreciation!!!. Thank you to you and your store. Saved me some dollars!

Amir/Lisette are a remarkable team that works together even at the busiest of time, very rare one would have to stand in line too long & as well they both seems very knowledgeable about Metro phones, products, accessories, entenal problems & polite & cordial ... Even when one have problems these two put your phone troubles at ease, this the most satisfactory Metro strore I've ever been to without ATTITUDE from the manager &/or employees as well ... Like a tag-team of sorts.
* These two should give classes on cordializm (if that a word, but you know what I mean) ??♀️???%
