I have received two defective phones from this place, do not let them suggest a phone for you. When I call about the first one not working, they stopped answering my calls. I had to go in, where I received a second low standard phone I will have to purchase a third phone at cost, and I can't afford it right now. I have been with Metro for years and this place has put me in a place that I'll have to switch to another service provider at the end of this year. I can hardly get this phone to work, and it cuts off where I can't even make calls. If you need a phone, please go elsewhere.

I hate it when shops dont open when they say they will. I got here a little early but I was willing to wait. Now its 10 minutes past opening time. Booo!!!
And its cold outdide. Got me standing up here looking crazy. Its not like I can just hop into an invisible car and go to a different location! Removing another star.

Outstanding Customer Service they helped me set up my phone service offered great deals on new phones and I even bought a brand new tablet for $15 out the door the only place I'll go from now on for all my wireless needs.
