Metropcs you guys are so wrong. You offer the ability to pay your bill early, and that's what I did. I paid my mother's phone bill one week early, AND Y'ALL STILL TURNED HER SERVICES OFF!!! I tried calling to see where her payment went, and y'all are saying that you can't assist me without a one-time code. I tried to explain to your representative that she can't receive any text messages because her service is off!! I have all of her account information, and you still won't help me!! And because she can't receive any messages, she's not able to get the code! So, in order to authenticate her account, she has to go to one of your stores. Listen, my mother is a 79 year old cancer survivor who just finished her last chemo treatment. She's recovering, and she doesn't drive. I'm at work, so I had to call my brother to go pick her up and take her to one of your stores. Only to find out that her service was interrupted because of a $5 payment that she didn't owe. She had been charged extra for a line that she doesn't have!! I'M LIVID that my mother had to get dragged out of her bed, into this freezing cold weather for something that I could've taken care of over the phone.

This is the best metro store to go to. My phone was stolen a few days ago, and Tim the store associate helped me get a new phone, and went above and beyond honestly, this is the only store I’m going to get service from.
