Hired Metro Smart Moves today to move some large, heavy furniture. Crew was very professional and polite. Crew was extremely careful to move furniture without damaging anything in the house. Would definitely recommend.

I reached out to Metro Smart Moves after my initial movers failed to show. They were responsive, professional and knowledgable as I was coordinating the move for my older brother. They sent confirmation prior to the move, arrived within the window and my mom and brother who were in person said things couldn't have gone smoother! Thanks again for getting the job done and giving me peace of mind!

To start off, the 3 guys that came to my house were great. I spoke to a gentleman about my move and what needed to be done. On moving day, they bring a very small moving truck. They wasted countless hours trying to fit everything in there which they couldn't and had to go back. They only had to move 1 king bedroom set, 2 kids rooms, dining table and chairs, 1 set of couches, and some miscellaneous garage stuff and it took them 6 hours. The move was only a mile away. To top it off, they had no power tools so they unscrewed everything by hand. They literally did not need to move one box or any article of clothing but it still took them that long. Also, a few marks and scratches on the wall. My brother and I could've done it in less than 2 hours. If I would've know I'll pay for 6 hours, I would've never called. Very very disappointed.

I used this company regularly over a six year period, sometimes up to five moves a week and NEVER had any issue what so ever. Twice items were damaged and they were immediately, properly, professionally repaired by qualified repair people. Polite, clean, neat, willing to go the extra mile, this company is the TOPS.
