They worked with me to do 2k in repairs and allowed me to pay it over months while it was in the shop; did good work; only got to enjoy it for a few days until my catalytic converter was stolen. Will undoubtedly be there again

Honest and professional. I appreciate that they explained things to me and how accommodating they were. Most of all, I appreciate honesty and quality of work. If you need a car repair in the area, Mack Garage is a great choice.

An honest car dealer is worth twice as much as they charge you & Mack’s has been excellent and honest for the 3 years I’ve been using them.
They are competent and knowledgeable and always teach me a little every time I take my car in. They never ask me to fix things that aren’t needed & always give me a fair quote.
Would recommend them to anyone hands down & never take my car to anyone else.
Plus the guys on site are always friendly.
A+ on every level.

Snob outfit. There for niche, gentrification class & well-heeled damsels in distress. Had car towed there, did un-authorz work & tried upsale for unnessry replace & repairs on estimate, then exorbitant add-on fees for furnished part; all while trying to steer toward their own overpriced rehabbed on-site vehicles. Smooth criminals. And in that location, a visibly all-white crew, save one, smacked of the kind of "New Detroit" exclusivity and local disregard typical and problematic, and a shame and sham that should be avoided at any price, by any class....

Totally unhelpful and wouldn't make any recommendations on how to get my vehicle to them. Not a Michigan native, I didn't know who to call or where to turn and they seemed to not even want the business I was bringing to them.

The owner & manager contacted me only after I posted a poor review. This is poor customer service. I will no longer do business with this company. They did send me the invoices I had requested. I never received a refund! My car had a booster problem that was repaired for $350 by an honest mechanic! Poor work, Mack Garage!

They were a lifesaver for me. My dealership replaced my breaks less than 2 months ago. After losing break fluid and having issues they seemed very unconcerned and wouldn’t see me for 4 days. I looked around urgently to find some to take my car. Macks Garage got me in day off and the issue resolved within 1 business day. Extremely grateful!
