I’ve been a customer for a little over 10 years on and off. Lovey is the best hands down. High quality shoes and clothes and she will not try and just sell you something to make a sale. She makes sure her girls leave happy confident and ready to make some money. She’s the only store that has such an amazing track record. I recommend her to any and everyone in and out the industry.

I usually purchase dance shoes at Cirilla’s, but I said let me go support my people. Rude from the gate. Although the items are way overpriced, they have a very cute selection. I told the owner my price range. She sat back down and started working again whatever she was working on. She told me, “I don’t have any shoes in that price range. I don’t want to waste your time or mines.” For as long as she’s been in business, I expected the customer service skills to be a bit better. I’ve been in sales my entire life and I’ve had people tell me they weren’t going to pay something and left out paying double! It’s the customer service. It’s how you treat people. There was a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase so badly that we’re WAYYY out of what I wanted to pay. I couldn’t bring myself to support her business. #sad :(
