I have been coming to liberty tax for over thirteen years. This year everything seemed fine, until I tried to check my refund and then realized that the preparer filed me as single. I have always filed head of household. I asked her to change it and she said she couldn't, that they were already accepted by the IRS. And that it wouldn't make a difference in my return. I'm not sure if it's true or not. I just know that for the past thirteen years I have filed head of household and would like for my information to be accurate. She said she will have her supervisor call me and so I'm waiting. I have had issues in the past but normally I would have heard from the supervisor by now. Maybe tomorrow.
