I filed a complaint with the FDIC. There was zero attention to detail from the day I opened the account. I provided printed, official documents from the NC Secretary of State, MI Licensing and Regulatory, and the IRS. They still managed to spell the business name wrong on the account and debit card. I didn't request any checks but they ordered almost $300 in checks from my account and an $85 check binder.When I took the checks and the binder back and pointed out the error, instead of immediately apologizing and making it right, the representative explained how difficult it would be to change everything. Then she recommended I use the debit card until the new one came. I had to explain I didn't want to use any banking instruments that had the incorrect business name on it.I also filed for a small business loan on the evening of August 7, 2023. In reached out to the bank on August 20, 2023 because I received a denial letter dated August 8, 2023. The bank manager advised me as late as August 25, 2023 that my loan was still pending for a response from underwriting.I received a letter from a compliance officer who indicated the loan was denied on August 8, 2023. The letter that I received had the right information it was just addressed to the wrong person. This bank is wildly unprofessional and committed to defending their unprofessionalism at every level. This is incredibly disappointing. I would never recommend this bank to another person or person owning a business. Matter of fact I would tell anyone looking for a bank to pass this one right on by.

Non-competitive rates and delayed my closing date twice with no direct communication with me. Bad business solves itself eventually because you need new customers. Would not recommend this bank to anyone for anything.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I come here it takes at least 30 minutes in the drive thru! Even when they have no one inside they take a ridiculous amount of time. I absolutely hate coming here! I don’t feel safe enough in this area to come inside as I always have my baby with me.

Awful bank. Terrible customer service. Staff is not knowledgeable about banking. Hidden fees. Very unprofessional staff all the way around. Scammy. You are Better off going through Green Dot than this bank. Sad to say. I’d rather give zero stars if I could.

Stay away! Not a good bank at all. Always an issue, whether it's an ATM machine not working or money not transferring on time. Ghetto.

They do not properly qualify their clients when they pre-approved, do not communicate on a high level with stakeholders, only have one UW at the whole company. Break contingency dates. Please, avoid this place if you do not want the heart ache.
