I was in there last week I ended up getting me a suit. But I had to look for somebody to help me when I did finally find someone seemed like they were not interested in helping.. . I get emails all the time about discounts but some reason wouldn't take it . You guys have to do better

First time at this location was right after Christmas . The store was clean . We were greeted upon arrival . I purchased a Men’s watch for a photoshoot but ended up having to return it a week later . The return prices was seem less and the cashier I had was super patient and nice !

Went to get a Christmas gift. The price was nice for my product but they need more cashiers. The wait time to purchase was ridiculous. But lots of men's options and a few women's items as well.

Need to label men's jeans, according to size properly!!.. And not enough clothing for medium sized men!!. Bought some skinny jeans, cuz they wasn't labeled... Need to do better!!.. And employees need to be observed and helpful

The horrible reviews are accurate. Customer service is the worst. I was in there for 45 minutes, no hello, no can I help you, no are finding things alright. When I made it to the register the lady acted like I was a task that she was assigned and didn't want to do. No hello, how are you, did you find everything alright. The worst!!!

Your sales person Rochelle was awesome. She was very pleasant and helpful. When I cashed out and told her the suit I bought was nice, but it would be great if I had a size bigger. She looked In the inventory and found a bigger size. She left the register and found it for me. Great Job and Thank you Rochelle.G. McWilliams
