First time I went the the shop, my appointment was scheduled for 9, Honey arrived at 9:20. Then she informed me that she had a client ahead of me. I was patient and waited. My hair was very beautiful when complete she never apologized for her tardiness, she just stated that life won that day. She did inform me that was not her norm, so I tried two weeks later. My appointment was at 5:40. When I walked in she was working on one head and had two more ahead of me. Wow, you have have these rules about if your late or reschedule it has to be within a time frame for you Or you will be charged What about my time? Very unprofessional.Service: Hairstyling
