If you have a Chevy vehicle that needs to be serviced, whatever you do, DO NOT bring it here, the staff is extremely unprofessional and like to play games and last I checked this is supposed to be a business not an amusement park with clowns but unfortunately that is what James Martin Chevrolet is, one big joke with clowns for employees.

Mike, our salesman, was really nice and made sure we got the vehicle that we wanted. He was very professional and flexible with changing his schedule to accommodate our needs. I love my new baby!!

My experience so far with this company has been great , staff is very helpful and informative , I recently had my car serviced due to an software update , the wait time wasn’t too bad , but definitely would recommend to others !

Emmanuel always give quality customer service and treat customers like family. It's always a great experience. Not sure who the new comer was, seems to be arrogant and lacks the needs of the customer I witnessed while checking in.

My appointment was at 12:30pm and I didn't leave the shop until almost 6pm. And I was only there to get 4 new tires and alignment. I got my 4 new tires but never got my alignment done

EDIT: Do not recommend. Communication was awful. Never heard from the supervisor/manager like I was promised. While the service staff was friendly, they made a lot of mistakes and the overall experience was bad.
I dropped my car off one day ago and this review is only based on my experience so far. I spoke to Austin in the collision/body shop on the phone and then he assisted me both when I came in for an estimate and to drop off. This is my first time getting body work like this done and he was super kind and answered all of my questions. So far, I'm a happy customer. I will update this when the work is complete.
