Love the energy, the vibe, mixed crowd concerning age and ability in the kickboxing classes. Love that they offer more mid-level and elite designated classes that help with continued training.

So their building crumbled, literally. My girlfriend goes here to workout but I pay for the membership. During this tough time the owner Armond has done everything possible to keep workouts going and keep in contact with the members. Thanks
