I moved back to an area I previously lived from living in Westland for 5 years. I went to this branch on Grand River and had Mohammad wait on me and my husband. This man ruined our lives!!!!!!!!. Locked our account and definitely doesn't no what he's doing. Didn't have access to our money, online banking didn't work, our bills were not paid!!!!!!!. We had things cut off, things we pay online people couldn't get paid. Bank cards didn't work. We have been with Huntington for years, get direct deposit, get paid early, 2 days for years. Now for 2 months, no early pay, the list goes on and on. He has ruined 2 senior citizens lives, but not for long

The worst ever customer service have ever received.
The lines are long.
After waiting 20 minutes in the line.
I asked to speak with somebody and to regards to my account.
And he told me that He Could help me and I said is there a branch manager?
Who can assist me?
He then stated that there's only 2 of them but in fact I seem 5 employees walking around.
I've never been to a bank with no manager.
I have been banking with Huntington for years now.
Never have I received a type of service I received today.

The employees are always considerate & informative The line always moves fast. Very clean. Parking lot is rather small but the ATM tends to move fast & some people get creative when parking.

The Teller that helped me today She’s the only one that gets a star!!!!…..The NEW MANAGER is Unprofessional and Not fit to Lead anyone!!! Let Alone Work In A Public Place.. other customers witnessed this as well and looked directly at me and disagreed with her actions which were very unnecessary!!!…. A manager should always REMAIN Professional Under In any Situation. I’ve never even spoke A word to this lady!! Yet Every time I visit this location on Grandriver AND Beechdaly ……… She comes out of her office and starts talking Loudly about me in a negative way with her co-worker/ In the Lobby Cubical…. instead of Doing her job!!!…which is moving the line.This Once was a Very Friendly Place until Now!Someone Truly Made A Huge MISTAKE In Hiring This Lady!!!!!!!She has disappointed Me two times speaking loud about Me in a Negative Unprofessional Manner……..Meanwhile I’ve Never Said A Word To This Unprofessional Female She’s Not Even fit to Be Called A Lady!!!!!!!!

I wish that I really could give this bank branch a 0 star ratingThis bank branch used to be a good one to go to but Huntington does promote their workers all the time and does move their workers to other branches and you will get all new faces at this branch all the timeThe parking lot is way to small at this bank for starters as and going inside this bank is very slow as a turtle with only 1 teller open all the time and even the atm is usually out of money by Sunday and even on the holidayI couldn't make cash deposits or get any money out of the atm quite a few times at this location as it was out of money and full from cash deposits and had to go to another branch atm to do both thingsI don't really like going to this bank branch because if they are short staffed for the day then the inside will be closed and it's drive thur only with 1 drive thur line teller open and the line is quite very long and you will be waiting over an hourOne Saturday while doing my banking inside because of Monday being a holiday and closed that I did see the new manager with her jacket on that just did come in at 1130 am before the bank does close at 12 pm and I did make a comment to her saying that I am surprised that the inside is open today because usually the last few Saturdays before that have been drive thur only when I drove by it

Only issue I ever have here is having to wait a long time in line (lobby). Drive up seems quicker (maybe because I can listen to music in comfort of my own vehicle).Parking lot is too small (this location).Also, Hours posted on building do not match up with Google.The People are good and banking product is great.

Torii was fast, professional, efficient, friendly, and the overall experience far exceeded anything I would expect!
