Was here at 4:00 January 3rd 2024. The two ladies would not cash my check I got from my mom without calling her for some reason which is very weird I have never ever had that happen to me. Me and my mom both have the same last name and I've been a customer with Huntington since they merged with TCF. My mom is at work and I need this check cashed now it was a very unprofessional experience. Now I have to go to Dearborn to have an actual competent person cash my check. They just want to sit there and get paid for doing literally nothing.

I'm an almost 80-year-old woman who's going to fix income who had more than enough money in my account to make the purchases that I needed today. My purchases were declined after spending all day yesterday. Trying to get a ride just to go get essentials that I needed all to wind up back at home. Exhausted and without the things that I needed this may have just been a transaction to you. Huntington Bank. But because of your stupidity not approving my transaction it has caused me so many problems. But you wouldn't understand because you're a billion dollar corporation that cares about nobody but yourself and making money. I may just be an old lady on a fixed income that doesn't really matter to you, but if I can spread the word so older people don't have to go through what I went through today and many other times of you guys deciding whether you want to prove a transaction or not because it may or may not be something or somewhere that looks like it should be charged. Cuz you all think that you know everybody and know what they're charges are so well. You're wrong when a customer has more than enough money in their account and they swipe their card or put it in to have something charged. You guys should prove that charge no matter what and if it's wrong or fraudulent then you guys deal with it later on instead of making an old woman run around. Looking for ways to get to a store just to get the couple things that they need all for nothing. So disappointed if I had a way right now to get up and go change my bank right this second I would. I would never use Huntington Bank ever. Anyone who is older and on a fixed income and struggles day-to-day look out for Huntington Bank because they will not be there to help you terrible corporation

Wasted a month in the loan process with them. Lacks accountability, Unprofessional, and incompetent, your just a number to them. Considering reporting my experience to gov. But life is too short just will finance all future loans elsewhere.

I wanted to love Huntington Bank. I've always been a "big bank" customer and wanted to switch to a smaller bank. #supportlocal However, I have been extremely unsatisfied with my experience at Huntington Bank. I initially received an internet offer to open a Huntington account. As long as I deposited $10K within 3 months, I would receive $500. I applied to open an account online and received a message that I would have to finish opening the account at a local branch. I went to this branch and opened the account and 3 months later I did not receive the $500 bonus. I called Huntington several times over the last few months explaining the situation and asking for the bonus but to no avail.Huntington has told me that they did not have the code for the promotion when I opened my account at the branch and thus will not give me my bonus. This is ridiculous since the promotion code was submitted in my online application but Huntington had to verify my identity at a branch. So due to a Huntington requirement, I am unable to receive my rightfully earned $500! That is absurd to me! They have had me call corporate, call the branch, and no one has resolved my issue! Save yourself the time and go bank with someone who cares about their customers!

I have had a really terribly customer experience with Huntington and this branch is the main source of the problem. I began applying for a Huntington account online with a promotional code. Then, because I had recently moved, I needed to verify my account inside the this branch. I went into the branch and completed my application with someone at the branch. Well, they didn't ask me about any promotion or if I had a code I needed to provide. As a result, the promotion was not associated with my account. Once I found out, I tried calling this branch multiple times to see if they would help, but they refused to do anything for me unless I had the promotional code - but it was months ago that I had the code. The promotion wasn't going to apply to my account until I had the account for several months, so by the time I realized the promotion wasn't applied because no money was deposited, months had passed by. Anyway, the branch continued to do nothing for me at all. I had to call multiple times a week trying to get in touch with the Branch Manager who would never return my messages. Sad excuse for customer service.

I had a horrible experience with the customer service via the phone help center, but all my trust within the company was reassured once i visited this particular branch. Customer service is awesome to say the least, they handled me like i was family and in a professional timely manner so i could return to work. THANK YOU GUYS!! YOURE AWESOME!
