Some places you go, and they make you feel like you're winningwhen you leave. This is one.
They treated me like I was spending a million bucks but gave me the best deal after looking checking 5 places.

bottom of the barrel, merchandise and people, professional cons quality of merchandise is very poor. My rims and tires did not last two weeks, and they was unwilling to help me solve this problem.

I worked with Frank today after I hit a huge pothole on I94. The workers at the Hot Wheels City in Allen Park said they couldn’t help me but Frank made it happen!! I appreciate his help today. Amazing man.

I was going to give them a 5 star based on how helpful they were when I first walked in. With a decent price for all season new tires. Until after I got my new tires put on.. then my car front tires sounds wobbly- sounds like the tires arent on tight when driving..which my car wasnt doing that prior to them putting new tires on.. I went back and the guy in the garage claimed all the lugs were on tight and he balanced it. Then they tried to say it's my control arm then tried to say it's my wheel alignment that's causing my tires to sound wobbly... hypothetical if all this( control arm/wheel alignment)was an issue... though my car wasnt making wobbly noise as though the tires are loose before getting new tires. Therefore its when i got new tires when the issue occurred. They won't tell me what happened nor did they actually balance my tires out after putting new tires on..
