Love these guys over at Holbrook. They took very good care of me and made sure I had cheap and quality parts for my vehicle. They also directed me to shops nearby to get my car serviced. DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN!!! Thanks Willy and team!!!

I like this place because almost all the time they have the parts that I need or if they don't they can get them in one day..there's was a guy that if u return the parts he give u a look like he is not getting pay enough to do all the paperwork ? but I think he got fire because I haven't see him anymore but still is a great place to buy cars parts.

I'm consistently impressed with the level of service at this establishment. The sales team, both men and women, go above and beyond. Their facility is always immaculate, and the warranty is a great perk. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly knowledgeable. I'll be a regular here

****CUSTOMER BEWARE****THIS IS THE WORST AUTO PARTS STORE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS JOHNATHAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY HE TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH 0 RESPECT WHAT SO EVER HE MADE ME PAY FOR THE PARTS I WAITED 2 HOURS FOR THEM AND THEY NEVER CAME I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WONT DELIVER MY PART TILL I PAY MORE MONEY FOR GAS MONEY!!!!? HOW ARE YOU SERIOUSLY STILL IN BUSINESS WHEN YOU CANT AFFORD TO PAY GAS MONEY TO YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS. AGAIN JONATHAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY I LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO THIS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT HOLBROOK AUTO GIVES. DO BETTER

This place is dope. My coworker told me about this place & I went here to get some new brakes& rotators for my Impala. I spoke with Will & not only did he have them but I got them for a GREAT price with a LIFETIME WARRANTY! He was the real MVP & I will definitely be back!

First time in my life i write reviews but this is not good place to shop for auto parts, i got some parts for $120 and i try to return in couple days after and they charge me 25% some fee for how know what reason he don't want to put may money back on the card for i don't know why, he my try to put in his pocket. And he said next time i will take care of you when you buy more parts. Some part is $20 at Amazon.
