I did not like being surpised with extra fees at the counter, however Paula was absolutely incredible. She was so kind and patient and had a answer for everything. 10/10 to Paula. 4/10 to booking online with hertz.

No issues, in and out fairly quick. I should have picked a car I was more familiar with. Took me a while to find the defroster. Lol
