They completely fell off . Customer service horrible i been going for years and never again I will go in the suburbs and support them b4 I go here . Paid $400 for my Clear frames and they turned colors like a clear phone case does brownish gray. Instead of them replacing them.they said its probley from make up or chemicals etc . I only where at night time to read 2x a week .because I have contacts smh sad and sorry.

I have been a client at this location since I was about 5 years old. I have a great experience with my eye doctor every time I get an exam, I am always given the proper lens prescribed for my vision. The receptionist are always polite and the staff are always very helpful. I highly recommend this location for your eye care family. I absolutely love the staff they are very polite.

The staff are rude and customer service is awful! I couldnt even get into the door fully without the rep asking infront of everyone what kind of insurance did I have! As if she thought I was going say state insurance! I would never spend a dime for any kind of service. Its so disappointing because I live in sherwood forest and wouldnt advise anyone to go there...They discriminate immediately from appearance which is sad!

THEY SELL FRAMES THAT ARE SCARRED AND SCRATCHED UP..!I FOUND OUT YESTERDAY ,THE FRAMES THAT YOU AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TRIED ON, IS RESOLD !!..they don't send out,or have the frame on stock. So if some kid is pulling on the glasses from their parents face, or someone dropped them,they are not cleaned off,or washed.There's got to be an health investigation into this, I want brand-new frames.I spent $370.00 !.(I think they are having their friends post good reviews.)Negative star!...The problem with this place is you want to support black people,but.....

Definitely don't recommend. I went in at the end of March for my eye exam. It was uncomfortable but I didn't think much of it because the tech was still learning I assume. Picked out my glasses and was told 7-10 days. They weren't ready in that time frame. I got told 10 -15 business days when I called to check on them. Ok. I called back after the 10 days and was told my glasses came in but they had the wrong transition color. Refunded me $50 and told me the correct glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks to call back and they still aren't ready. I completely understand things are a bit slower now but this is ridiculous.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and argumentative. Overheard them speaking poorly of another customer and optical company. Any business who does that is a big NO in my book. Won't be back.

Terrible service. They told me my lenses were bad because it was peeling. I said I never heard of that. They said they will give me 10% off for a new pair. I said I only had the glasses for a year and a half. They said if I had brought them in within the year, they could have helped me. I was with them over 20yrs. Now I'm with SVS. WOW Loyalty means nothing

Unfortunately they don't provide masks for customers that want to do business with them amongst other issues I've had with them in the past like lost glasses in their possession. The ratings speak for itself.

I am really focusing on supporting the businesses within the area of my home. My chiropractor shared a parking lot with heritage so I figured I would give them a shot. Making the appointment was fairly easy. They were able to fit me in quickly. Follow up phone call the night before as a reminder of my appointment. All very nice. The loss of stars is solely due to desk staff. Upon entering the person seemed flustered. She asked for my insurance card which my provider didn't supply since it has no membership number. She then asked for ID and my medical insurance card which I gave. While waiting I went to my vision providers website to assist and give her the info they listed for me. She stated she didn't need it. Ten minutes later she calls me back up because she needs it . I show it to her then she says oh never mind I don't need it (what??) Doctor saw me quickly did her exam gave her recommendation but stated I might need to be dilated but since it's 430 just make another appointment for that (wow). I asked if I needed to have someone with me for the dilation appointment to drive, she said no I would be fine, I could have gotten it today it's just late in the afternoon. Wow again. She tells me to wait up front and someone will be with me shortly. 40 minutes pass. They are assisting people coming in the door for pickups but never acknowledge that I'm still sitting here waiting to pick glasses and wrap up. I go back to frustrated desk work and ask how much longer it would be. She states "where is your paperwork?" why the hell would I know I don't work there. "She states well I don't know where it is" she's highly frustrated and frazzled . Maybe it was just a busy tough day, but don't take it out on me. She calls someone else over who moves some things and finds it.. tells me she will be with me shortly. At that point I said no. Just give me the prescription I will get glasses elsewhere. I guess it's back to my big box eyeglass store because this experience flopped. I won't be returning or even recommending this place unless you just want an exam only.

the security guard/parking lot guard is always coming on to me when I come here and its not okay. can you guys fix this issue. I will no longer be coming to this location because of that reason.
