Does not respect patient's time at all. Have an appointment 10:30 and I went through check in, blood pressure etc and now at 11:15 I'm still in the room still waiting.Absolutely unacceptable.

So I'm a veterans referral and I don't understand how I have a appointment for 3:30 pm I call to say hey anyway to know if anyone cancelled today. Cause I needed just some simple answers cause I had something come up there (representative) literally told me we dont talk to them so we have to send a message that won't be responded until maybe 24 hours lol ? ? ? I have to call community care to cancel and get a new provider. This isn't to slam u just a honest opinion of my reaction to ypur guys laser removal section protocols. I've called your complaints hotline it goes to voice-mail.

I am so grateful for the care I have received at the dermatology office. Every doctor and resident I have seen were outstanding. They listen to every concern, and give their best treatment plan. I am so grateful for all of them.

I felt like I had to come on here and share about my experience with Dr. Kole in gynecology. I underwent a procedure with her early last week. I have several chronic conditions, and my body reacted extremely poorly to the biopsy. I landed in the ER where I was in more pain than I knew to be humanly possible. This was in no way her fault, but she went out of her way to care for me. Dr. Kole was quick to reach out to me. She was great about communicating to my ER doctor, and fitting me in to see her shortly after. She listened to me and believed me, and helped me to begin feeling better. Very thankful for the opportunity to have such an amazing gyno!

The worst thing about visiting HFHS New Center is the parking. Patients should not have to pay to visit their doctor. It is such an inconvenience. Especially when other locations don't charge for parking

I’ll give it zero for dissemination and disrespectful behaviour from the valet people. Will never use them ever again. So disappointed.

Good service but the wait time is not worth it when you have already scheduled for your time.

I’ll give zero if there is option. They offer $5 parking voucher but it doesn’t work. I still need to pay for $5 for only 30 mins visit. I even went to the 8th floor twice to get another voucher but it still didn’t work. Waste time and money. Don’t go that location if you have other choice.

I still have no clue why you cant give a 0 on these reviews. Ive been going down here since I was 14. Not for my own medical needs but for school and I always loved the staff. Everyone saif hi and seemed nice so when I heard that I was going to the endocrinology department down there and working with Dr.S as my head provider over 2 years ago I was excited. I knew the area and building so it was easy to get to. Got my doctors note to see them and the 1st few months went well. I missed a follow up appointment where I was supposed to see if we were uping my dose of medication and to introduce me to my new doctors Id be working with along side Dr.S, since I missed it I had to get a new appointment set up and a new blood draw done. I missed the new blood draw by a day on accident, health issues and doctors appointments are daily for me lol, I message them as soon as I can and when I do finally go down to get my blood drawn the request isnt even in there! Ever since then it hasnt been in and ive always had to message them for it, or like this last time I had to walk down to my appointment and then walk to labs after that. They werent the fastest with messaging but they werent the slowest either but since... Trying to communicate with them when you have actual issues is like trying to talk to toddlers, you tell them and tell them the problem n its in 1 ear and out the other. They take FOREVER to message back even if you are currently having a massive issue that exclusively involves their department and jus generally dont care about or for anyone other than themselves. I love the blood draw/labs team down there though, they were always amazing, clean and quick. I never had issues with them jus the doctors who told me they sent in a request for my labs to be done. (Side note: I know theres a proper name for the request for labs I jus dont remember it) truly get your stuff together. If this is supposed to be our standard and we need to model our health care facilities off of we have more issues than health insurance....I know personally id NEVER recommend here to anyone who needs help with their hormones or endocrine system in general, youd be better off going to your local meat head, pcp and google at that point

I usually love this place, but today I am beyond upset. I called Tuesday to request a refill on my son's asthma inhailer and albuterol. I informed them that my son was very low and needed medicine ASAP. I was told that day it would be sent to pharmacy between 1 and 2 days. However, it is now Friday, I called the pharmacy, only to find out that the prescription was never sent. I called Henry Ford New Center 1 Pediatrics to find out why and was told that I have to make an appointment first before my son's prescription can be refilled, and that I cannot get an appointment until middle of next week. My issue is that I was not informed of this until I called to follow up on my request. Asthma is nothing to play with, especially when I informed them my son was low on his medication. I have been to the emergency room Wednesday and Thursday due to his breathing issues, and all of this could have been avoided had I been informed about making him an appointment instead of us going through the Emergency room. The staff I talked to seemed so unconcerned about this situation and repeatedly told me that is there is an emergency to go to the emergency room. I've talked to 3 different people, giving me all different information about appointment dates, and seemed to be agitated, like i'm inconveniencing them because of their issue. I still do not officially have an appointment for my son, and of course, there is not ONE Manager available to speak with. TERRIBLE, asthma is serious.

Called on a Friday at 4:53 telling me I need medicine. Put the medicine through my pharmacy right at closing only to find out that it is not covered from a phone call from my pharmacy 30 minutes later. Now I can’t even get to talk to someone until earliest Monday morning. Utter disgrace. Might as well not even call if you’re going to be unavailable to fix a problem you’ve now created over literal days. Going to find a new doctor after this. This is in regards to women’s health. The day of my appointment it took two hours to even see the doctor. This is not the place to go if you’re in some kind of rush. I saw the doctor for no more than 10 minutes 2 hours after my appointment time. Make that make sense.
