Friendly associates. Small selection of RTW. mostly only popular leather goods, although a very nice watch and shoe collection. The newest collection items can be found on display here. Would recommend!

Sister went to exchange an ores gifted by kids. Lovely saleswoman but the manager was not helpful at all.
Parking is by coins since I did not have any change I went into the store to ask for change to me $1 bill. He refused!

Condescending, poor service. My 3 friends and I walked in prepared to purchase the same bag but left empty handed due to rude SAs. Purchase your Gucci elsewhere

There are still not a lot of retail stores in downtown Detroit, so I was pleased to see that a classy Gucci store is one of the first. I found the store staff to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. I wasn't really looking for anything in particular, but they had the usual shoes, sunglasses and clothing you expect from Gucci. The store itself is in a great location, well designed and high styled.
