Stay away. Scam. I paid over $500 for a jacket which had the weirdest shape. I returned it and they’ve been telling me to wait since December. They are now ignoring my calls. Stay away!

I had an order issue.. with basically the problem being UPS and not Greyson. Greyson staff jumped in, and made it right quickly, I am very thankful and appreciate the great customer service they provided me.

One of the worst communication from a company I have dealt with. Charged me for a polo I order immediately which is fine. To make a long story short it took 8 phone calls only to find out they didn’t even have the polo listed on their site. Bad business don’t recommend!!!’

Greyson stuff is just top notch, no other way to say it. In the limited instance of an issue, I’ve always enjoyed quality customer service and lead times

Quality Brand. Marcella was super helpful when we were in there for the Rocket Mortgage Event.

I want to love this place more than I do - the clothes look great, staff is SUPER attentive and always asking if we need help, but then when I ask for price points, I’m met with “my best guess is $XX” and they never come back with an actual price. If I go to checkout, they’ll of course tell me - but it’s awkward to have to make it that far in the shopping experience to not know the price - is it just me? Or is this awkward for others?Love the athletic fits, price points (as far as I can tell online) are fine, staff is attentive but PLEASE just put the price tags on the clothes so we don’t have to ask for 10 different items.

This special and beautiful store is one of the most unique in Detroit. I recommend you stop in and experience the Greyson store.I find it a great place to shop for lightweight casual clothes for men and women and often go there for gifts. It is right on Woodward, which is becoming an increasingly highend area to shop. Greyson is right next to a few art galleries, the future Apple store, the Shinola store, and around the corner from Guccie Detroit.

Everyone giving bad reviews are just angry, ridiculous people. This store is elite. Just because you don’t get your way doesn’t mean you’re right. Greyson is an amazing store with great service.

Great experience with Alton today. Both of the guys were very attentive and knowledgeable about the brand and clothing in general!

Travis and Adam were extremely helpful and understanding. I would go shopping at this location anytime and fully stand behind the brand and the customer service that comes with it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great golf gift or cool polos!

I’m confused by the other reviews about poor service. I was recently in the store and I received excellent service. All of the guys working in the store were really nice. The salesmen pointed me to some of the better items on sale and I purchased some stuff for my husband. They helped me with selecting sizes and gift wrapped the items I purchased. Excellent service.

Terrible experience trying to order 8 shirts online. I placed an order on May 31st to ship to my house in Canada and I started calling a few days later as their was no order confirmation that it had shipped. I could not reach them by phone or email after several attempts. I then reached out to their VP of Customer Service on LinkedIn (after 11 days) thinking she could help as it seemed like they went out of business with no response (I knew that couldn’t be the case with all of their recent Justin Thomas signing). She said she would look into it, so I received an email a couple days later stating the order was in progress. By this time it had already been 11 days so I wanted to change the order to a new location, since I wasn’t going to be home nor was I expecting the order to take so long. I spoke to a lady on June 13th as they finally responded on their chat feature, they couldn’t figure out the tariff code for one of the items (new location was changed to my home in Mexico since it took so long) so I said just cancel that item and ship the rest… next thing you know it doesn’t ship so I follow up for a week and finally just cancel my order 3 weeks after placing it (June 20th).It’s too bad - a good product and not even an attempt to help out a client who was planning to buy $500 to $1000 every 5 months or so (first purchase in December was not an issue). It seems they have become to big to be able to keep up with demand and get products out the door.I strongly recommend choosing a different brand to avoid the same hassle.
