Have had nothing but positive experiences with Greyson. Very strange / just plain out of pocket reviews on here that don’t match Greyson at all. It’s a premium designer clothing company that specializes in golf apparel. PGA pros such as Luke Donald and Justin Thomas wear this brand. It’s not cheap. But neither is Polo Ralph Lauren, Gucci or Palm Angels. The difference with Greyson is you get the quality you pay for. And if there’s any hiccups with orders I’m sure the Greyson team would be more than happy to help.

The low reviews seem out-of-pocket to me, so please take them with a grain of salt and still check out this store in downtown Detroit (flagship shop). The young woman (short, straight brown hair) and guy behind the counter (bald) were friendly, courteous, and even honored a discount code we had in our email address for the purchase we made in store - fantastic service. Pricing in-store is no joke, but you're receiving quality, USA-made clothing. I love the wolf logo and the clothing options (men) are great - golf, active-wear, and loungewear, from what I could see. The sweatshirts awesome! I took a look at the women's clothing upstairs, but the models in the pictures on the walls show that they're not friendly to the curvy ladies, like myself. No biggie - the women's clothing is great if you're a golfer, and then there are some active wear items as well. The store is really cool and I love the architectural features. Definitely head in here for quality clothing and the wolf logo is just awesome.

They charge a $6 "handling" fee to process and credit card refund - "oh, we'll waive it if you take store credit." Just pathetic behavior. Its 2024, no one charges for returns. GFY.

Stay away. Scam. I paid over $500 for a jacket which had the weirdest shape. I returned it and they’ve been telling me to wait since December. They are now ignoring my calls. Stay away!

My husband loves Greyson clothes (the cashmere sweaters are a favorite).We enjoy shopping at the Detroit store whenever we’re in town.The store is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had an order issue.. with basically the problem being UPS and not Greyson. Greyson staff jumped in, and made it right quickly, I am very thankful and appreciate the great customer service they provided me.

One of the worst communication from a company I have dealt with. Charged me for a polo I order immediately which is fine. To make a long story short it took 8 phone calls only to find out they didn’t even have the polo listed on their site. Bad business don’t recommend!!!’

I want to love this place more than I do - the clothes look great, staff is SUPER attentive and always asking if we need help, but then when I ask for price points, I’m met with “my best guess is $XX” and they never come back with an actual price. If I go to checkout, they’ll of course tell me - but it’s awkward to have to make it that far in the shopping experience to not know the price - is it just me? Or is this awkward for others?Love the athletic fits, price points (as far as I can tell online) are fine, staff is attentive but PLEASE just put the price tags on the clothes so we don’t have to ask for 10 different items.

This special and beautiful store is one of the most unique in Detroit. I recommend you stop in and experience the Greyson store.I find it a great place to shop for lightweight casual clothes for men and women and often go there for gifts. It is right on Woodward, which is becoming an increasingly highend area to shop. Greyson is right next to a few art galleries, the future Apple store, the Shinola store, and around the corner from Guccie Detroit.
