Store is conveniently located in Grosse Pointe, & most of the time, they have the products I need, including the lightbulb that fits my lava lamp, however, not all of the employees in this store are friendly, and some have little-to-no product knowledge at all, so you can't always get help or input when looking for/choosing a product. Also, it seems that some of the employees at check out have trouble applying the ace rewards coupons.

A shout out to Matt, one of the store managers. I had a frustrating experience today (6/8) buying a chainsaw. And some below expectation engagement with one of the floor clerks. Matt went out of his way to listen and find a solution. I’ll definitely return as a customer.

The heavy set guy with the short reddish hair and glasses was rude and acted as if I wasn't even a customer. Not coming back while that guy works there. All I wanted was a screwdriver and some sockets for work.
