Denisa king was the best program manager ever at goodwill the new staff has no experience working with folks who have a disability current program manager is a slave driver they need to hire folks that qualify and trained to work with the disable there need to be some changes.

I was there for drop off and decided to check out the store also. The merchandise was well displayed and a variety of items. The prices were a bit high, in my opinion for gently used merchandise.

We tried donating a p/u truck full of goods in great shape.The Gentleman at drop gate denied it all a told us to go Southwest location because their not allowed to lift items out of traler.I called and Manager ok'd me to return and drop...Sad!!This guy has NO Heart for the needy and should not work there.....

Won an online auction item which they indicate to ‘call to schedule pickup’ but don’t list a phone number and can’t find a number anywhere online only the corporate directory number which all mailboxes are full so can leave a message and can’t talk with anybody. This is why you’re a garbage epic failure city Detroit.
