Grocery store chain carries old food on the shelves. Make sure you check the expiration dates, also they sell old food ALL THE TIME. I have been sick plenty of times from this chain. They need to be reported to labor laws forreal! Disgusting!

Sales bad meat and manager was upset when I returned bad oxtails date wasn’t approached but oxtails turned brown when I purchased 1 day earlier and put them in the refrigerator to cook the next day. I know they’re repackaging meat evidently. Look at the dates on your food/meat when you shop here all sales products are old. Market is huge and appears neat and clean. Orange juice looks like it’s been sitting 2 years. I’ve purchased bad cheese. I only go here now for emergency. Prices are to high also. Cashiers are usually nice.

Their food Is ridiculously over priced I live near by so its convenient but I will take the trip to krogers or aldi from here on out. Today was the day I just got fed up put all my stuff back and left high end grocery stores like Westborn prices are even more reasonable.

The ONLY reason I gave a 1 star rating is solely based on my customer service experience here. I've been here a few times just because it's so convenient and very close to my home. As the consumer, I feel I should be greeted at a place of business where I spend my money. A simple, "hello" or "did you find everything ok," at checkout would make any customer feel appreciated. Well, not here!!!! Not only do I not get greeted, but I also get my bags tossed around aggressively by this one particular cashier after she's done bagging my items (not the first time either). I don't even get a thank you, or have a nice day after paying for my purchase. It's sad that you have people like this working in these types of establishments as if they don't want to be there. I've worked at a lot of retail stores and I feel that engaging with your customers is very important. Especially if you want repeat loyal customers. A little FYI: "Smiley faces and bubbly personalities are very contagious!"

I recently moved in the area and I was shopping here everyone seemed polite until I go to the desk to load my debit card and I guess he was the owner he was very snobby and rude and lied and said the money transfer was down and it wasn’t down I told him I won’t be spending my money in that store no more think you can be rube and snobby and think ppl going to shop there I’ll be spreading the word on the rudeness I spend USA currency as well as ebt and you’re going to respect ppl who keep you in business or else I’ll spread the word about your customer service n report you to the bbb???‼️??♀️

The entry doors have motion detector for easy assisted entrance. The aisles are spacious with a sufficient variety of products and produce. There are plenty check out lanes with attendants. The merchandise are displayed organized presentable without any apparent damage or disorder. Quite impressive grocery store they operate.
