(Not one star, Zero stars) General Linen and Uniforn values money over their Integrity and reputation. Leave a (1) one start review is being generous. Yelp should have a Zero star option for company like this Customer service is horrible. No communication up nor down in this company. As a business owner, i've had to MAKE TIME out of MY own schedule to resolve problems that where not being pass along with the delivery driver where the communicate should end on my part. I could go on and on about how bad general linen service is. Communication is so bad, I had to talk to the CEO of the company to get things straightened out. Even then, his hopes of his "CAN DO" company is absolutely B.S. He kept using the COVID card on me as if they are the only company suffering from it. I had to squeeze out of him, his own company mission statement. I could hear the embarrassed in his voice as stated it to me. Bonus (he oferned nothing to make things right, The CEO of the company!) General linen and uniform couldn't uphold his own mission statement and has to relay on getting people into contract. So beware if you're looking into getting business with this compay. I've heard of horror story of Linen company. Never would I have thought I would have one of my own to tell.

I have received sheets that are dirty, smell of mildew and the latest urine. I was constantly having to check my account for over charging for things as well as frequently being shorted sheets! The company currently is being poorly run in my opinion based on my experience. I have tried many times to deal with them diplomatically with the idea that we could resolve these issues, unfortunately this seemed like too big of a task for them under the current management. I hope they can get it together because I like for businesses to succeed, unfortunately they have lost mine.

AWFUL linen company. Went down the shitter after Surefit merged with them. They never come and the laundry is never folded correctly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never show up with our linens for a physical therapy clinic! Weeks of being told our delivery days are Wednesday, no now they're Thursday, oh! Now Friday! And NO ONE SHOWS UP! When they do show, they bring the wrong order! No compensation, no call from a manager, no call from an owner! We're a nationwide organization, do you not need the business? Currently looking for a new linen delivery as you just can't rely on this company! Today I'm picking up linens from their warehouse, an hour later, I'm sitting in their lobby waiting for pillow cases, not sheets! This place doesn't need anymore business contracts, they can't handle what they have. We were also charged for special orders because we were never delivered to and a manager had to bring them to us! I Feel sorry for the ladies in the front office, its not their fault that this company can't get it together!

If I could give 0 starts I would. This company has horrible customer service, the staff is not able or interested in helping. You cannot get a manager to call you back, or get any help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Don't deal with this company. The Owner and "Vice President" are worthless. If you have an issue don't expect them to resolve it.
