My car was involved in a hit and run accident on May 20( Highland Park) I was referred to Gendels by a family member. My car was taken to Gendels on May 30, 2023. I just got my car back on July 25. The insurance company plays games with your repairs because they want the work to get done as cheaply as possible. Paul wasn’t having that and insisted on new factory parts. They even put my new license plate on. It was a long time but well worth it. He went over and beyond on repairing my car and was pleasant to work with. Thank you Paul/Gendels.I appreciate you ?

Person over the phone is rude as ever. I called at 830 am just to get a ballpark estimate which I’ve done every time I’ve had a body issue with my car and instead of trying to be helpful and figure out the problem he says “do you really think I can give you an estimate over the phone ?” Duh Like any other shop!
