NEVER ANSWER PHONE! I need an order cancelled and I called so many times for 2 days and nobody answered. Customer service is no help either. I don’t understand how hard it is to cancel an order!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would theudo not respect federal when it comes to Americans with disabilities and do don't acknowledge service animals my husband was kicked out for having a service dog

I went to exchange my controller Anika the store person told me I cant switch my controller without buying another Warranty, which I already had, I went to the Gamestop on Evergreen with my Stick No Issues, Fenkell needs to be Closed Down somebody stealing or she shouldn't manage Nothing not even her own schedule....TERRIBLE SERVICE send her back to Funcoland Training

Information I received on a item was false I tried to return the item they wouldn't give me a refund or let me upgrade to another item because I opened it how was I supposed to find out the item would work if I didn't open it I called customer service and they didn't respond to me
