This might be the worst customer service in the world, I bought a jersey and they gave it without a tag I try and return it because it’s the wrong size and they claim I need to have the tags when they didn’t give them I have the receipt and everything but stay away from here!!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a hat online, when I received it I realized they sent me the wrong size. Despite this, they received the hat back and denied my return because the hat was “smudged, full of hair, and used”. WHAT? You mean the hat I opened, realized was the wrong size, and then put back in the box? Ridiculous. I’ll never use this fraudulent company again. I would advise anyone who thinks of buying here to consider another store, because they will steal your money and blame it on you.

I ordered a couple of hats from another company but they never arrived. After 3 days of trying to use their “customer service” (all AI based that took me in circles) I ended up canceling that order and getting my $ back.I ordered from Gameday Detroit and got my hats the next day!!! Also, when I called to correct my address, I got a human being that retrieved the package, corrected the label, and got it on the truck!!!! THANKS GAMEDAY!!!! You are my new go to for sports wear!!!

Went in on Saturday 1/20/24 and Sunday 1/21/24 looking for a Lions hat (Saturday) a Wings away jersey (Sunday). No away jerseys. A smattering of home jerseys (Kane, DeBrindcat, Larkin; some period correct (CCM) Yzerman, Vladie jerseys). Pretty good selection of memorabilia as well. I'm not from Detroit, but was impressed with the coverage (U of M, MSU, Tigers, Lions, Wings, vintage Pistons). Staff was helpful and apologetic about not having away Wings jerseys in store (there's a wider selection on the website site). Great selection of hats; 1/3 of the store is stocked with stuff for the ladies (looked like a decent selection of kids' stuff, too). Had tried Rallyhouse as well; Gameday Detroit had quality merch (where Rallyhouse's stuff seemed cheap. Biggest con: it's was hard to tell when they're open. The sign on the door says open seven days a week on the internet (or some such). Open Sunday when I was there (Lions playoff game and Wings game immediately following), but were closed on Monday.

Great finds that are comparable to what you'll pay inside of the stadiums. They have friendly and helpful customer service. It's also a decent way to burn a little time before the gates open, while supporting a small business.

I came from Germany to watch the Detroit Pistons and i buy some Cool Shirts and Hoodies in this Shop and i have Always Good Conversations with the Shop Manager about Sports,unfortunaly i Forgat His Name!!! Again Great Shop,Great Service and Nice People are Working there!!!

Excellent store! Got myself a cap I’ve been looking for for almost 10 years. I’m very happy with it. The staff is outstanding and friendly too. A definite bright spot in a sports memorabilia world where one company seems to have a monopoly on merchandise

Compact store with a good variety of teams with better prices than the ballpark. Some signed memorabilia as well. They were selling jerseys for the opposing team when I visited, which I thought was great for tourists (like me ?)

Love this company! We needed a collar for my dog after his hip surgery to use with his sling. I emailed and asked if they could expedite. They responded so fast and shipped my order same day!
