I have had a very good experiences with this company for many years. Time and time again they've proven to out price, being the lowest, and still give quality work. You might wait a day or so longer but it's worth it. Staff polite, patient and friendly.

This shop repaired my 2016 Ford Focus. Came to pick up items from the vehicle as it was going to be there overnight and my car was nowhere to be found, had to call the police to find out that my car was driven off the shop to another shop over 20 miles away, obviously I did not authorize this nor does Fred & Sons have any authority to do so. I Picked up my vehicle, which magically appeared the next day, unconventionally left out front after hours with the keys inside. Front End Damage was not repaired correctly, numerous missing clips, front grill was not properly secured. Fred & Sons attempted to glue grill into place with what appears to be super glue. Front Bumper was brand new and shows pressure dents where someone forced the bumper on. Fred & Sons left over spray all over the windshield causing me to almost crash in our first rain storm after the attempted repair. I had to have a local repair shop razor clean my windshield and replace my wipers that were ruined! Fred & Sons peeled existing paint off a previously repaired fender only to claim somehow that THEM damaging a previously repair fender is somehow my fault. Fred & Sons Damaged my Ford Emblem, versus just purchasing a new emblem they returned the car to me damaged. Fred & Sons takes no responsibility for their actions leaving me with my vehicle UN-usable for over a month. I Can not and will not drive my car with parts falling off. Fred & Sons was suppose to blend the paint in to match the rest of the car but instead and this is my opinion because I apparently called the police returned the car to me in this fashion, no reputable body shop would EVER return a car to a customer in this condition and claim the work was done correctly. Almost $3800 to have a reputable body shop fix the damages caused by Fred & Sons. Steer Clear of this Business.

Could not safely drive in the rain, there was that much over-spray on my windshield. Fred & Sons attempted to glue grill into place with what appears to be super glue.Fred & Sons peeled existing paint off a previously repaired fender only to claim somehow that THEM damaging a previously repair fender is somehow my fault.Fred & Sons takes no responsibility for their actions leaving me with my vehicle UN-usable for over a month. Almost $3800 to have a reputable body shop fix the damages caused by Fred & Sons.

They charge you money to look at your vehicle then tell you the next day what it's going to cost didn't care for that at all

ATTENTION for anyone thinking about using this place of business PLEASE I advice u first to take a all around picture of your vehicle before leaving it. My bad experience dealing with them happen on 9-9-2020 the removal of my gas cover by staff and fred the owner refused to admit it .BAD BUSINESS its not the cost its the principle
