It was nice and clean, and security had me feeling secured, and the employee was very helpful and professional

The workers were kind and patient; I went back twice to return and change shoe sizes. The workers were friendly. There's a big packing lot but can be quite difficult to park.

For a store that's not so busy or crowded store assistants are not very tentative, it's a shame you have to seek out help and the staff are not very knowledgeable in finding the requested size or styles of shoes. Definitely a process of retraining needs to implemented???
