“I ordered flowers from Chris Engel’s Greenhouse for my mom’s funeral. Frank was patient with me and took the time needed to make sure that my order was correct. Despite how pretty that they were, I wasn’t too crazy about the Telefora arrangements in the books and asked to have the team create their own designs with my Mom’s favorite flowers and colors.The arrangements that were delivered to the funeral home were, in the words of the funeral director “absolutely gorgeous”. They arrived late afternoon the day before the funeral service. When we arrived for the service, our jaws dropped at how stunning the arrangements were. Patrick and the Chris Engel’s Greenhouse team did a spectacular job, and we will always be grateful for the beautiful, affordable arrangements that they provided to us. “Goodness Gracious gets 5 stars!! The beautiful flowers arrangement that was delivered on our behalf arrived in less than 24 hours of ordering! It did not look exactly like the picture on line, but was as full or fuller with beautiful, colorful flowers! Sending flowers long distance by other companies has not always been satisfactory when seeing what was sent. However, Goodness Gracious did not disappoint! “Shop is pretty small and not a lot to choose from but the owner is nice and down to earth. She has one employee and he's decent. Prices are slightly steep but not too bad. I went for Mother's Day for my mom in law and mom in heaven. They have small $5 bouquet's for cemetery cones and nice sized $25 teddy bears. All in all it was a nice size experience and she gave me a card for 10 off next visit. I'll be back.”

The owner/manager I spoke with was very apologetic and offered various ways to correct what they thought was their mistake. However it was not their mistake, it was my mistake, but the way in which they were going to make things right was very impressive and professional.
