Pleasant staff but extremely slow and frankly do not know enough about banking to be handling accounts. It took 1.5 hours to complete a proof of funds statement and they asked me to google bank terms they did not understand. I will not go back to that location.

Opening this account was a good idea and the help from the banker was ok. One thing I would say to improve her services is to know more about the banking. When I ask questions about the account she can answer some of them.

Easily the worst mortgage bank I have ever had, and would give them 0 stars of I could. Sadly my mortgage was sold to them, so I didn't have an option. My rates are 3.75 and 4.125 on the 2 mortgages that were sold to them, and I am honestly considering refi'ing with another bank just because I HATE this bank that much! They move at a snails pace, they are out of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and I hope they get investigated. I am on day 40 of trying to drop my PMI, and I even sent in my $800 check for the appraisal the first day they allowed me to request the drop PMI. That's right... I sent a check in the mail because this company is so out of date they don't accept Credit Cards and deal everything through standard mail.

No problem starting account. No fees for opening checking .nice employees. Love the apple cinder. This bank is the best.
