Customers service representative at this location hung up in my face after requesting a letter disclosing the federal cc process of holding deposited checks for 9 days. Rep could not answer the question and hung up.

I love this location. All the tellers are kind, professional and knowledgeable. There are never long lines or waits.

Came to the drive through at approximately 4:40. I didn’t get waited on until 5:10 while the 3 tellers inside laughed and talked to the customers inside. Every time I hit the buzzer they would say someone would be with you shortly while one of the other ladies who I’m assuming was the manager stood behind the teller holding a conversation instead of servicing me. I was only making a deposit. So simple. While another teller comes talking through the microphone saying the customers had lengthy transactions. It only takes a second to put someone on hold to do a simple transactions to go back to something so lengthy. These bank tellers need customer service skills reinstated ASAP. Terrible

I love this bank. I think they are ALWAYS polite & professional. I leave every time feeling like I have been helped & my financial needs met. If not Robert, then Aricka or Miss Trudy— are unfailingly polite and upbeat. I’ve never had a neighborhood bank until now but it’s great to have one now.

Sat in the drive for twenty plus minutes and watch the tellers service everyone inside the bank even the people who left the drive thru watched them sit there have converse with each other.not professional at all

Robert is the RUDEST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL teller I’ve ever experienced. To make such a low wage, he’s very condescending and thinks he runs the bank. VERY NASTY ATTITUDE.There’s an older black woman, whom is also a teller at this bank…SHE LOST MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND DENIED IT. It seems like she must have some form of dementia due to the fact I HAD TO STOP HER FROM PUTTING ANOTHER CUSTOMER FUNDS INTO MY ACCOUNT. Terrible location full of unprofessional staff.

If I could give them a negative 5 I would. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered while trying to take care of business. Particularly Trudy and Omar, they are the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. The other teller (who always has a frown on her face) it’s just rude. Loud, gossiping about the customers talking about people’s business where other customers can hear is unacceptable. It’s sad and unfortunate when you try to do business in the city where you live & work that you get this type of treatment. Whenever I go into a fifth third bank in the suburbs I never encounter what I have experienced at this location. I’m closing all of my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. Now I have to be inconvenienced because they don’t know how to treat the customers. Smh!

I've been banking here for a year and I've had nothing but great experiences every tIme I need assistance. They had the exact kind of savings i needed. They offer a prepaid debit card that you can transfer finds to protect your account when making online purchases. Alli of the staff is professional and friendly. They have many ATMs you can use without getting fees. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the security door. It always confuses me but I understand the need for safety. I highly recommend this bank!
