I’ve had nothing but great experiences with wonderful staff! I will always choose this location, despite it being a much further distance from me than many other FedEx locations. By far the best and most helpful experiences I’ve ever had with FedEx have been at this location!

soooooooooooo they typically get packages wto me most of the time but the other day i found my packages of in the middle of my yard, kinda dissappointed and it was pouring rain, without them under the porch they got drenched and i tried picking up one of my walmart packages and got blue paint all of my hands

I had a package shipped out via FedEx and the carrier stole my package.. Took it to an apartment that’s wasn’t even remotely close to my home! Furthermore, I stay in a house, so no apartment # was used or included on shipment box! Customer service reps are the worse! They clearly can see the address pictured and my actually address is no where near alike! No real compassion or sympathy, they try to give a textbook answer and ask “is there anything else I can help w/“ but they didn’t help in the first place!I’m disappointed and highly inconvenienced one of your carriers stole my iPhone 15! I don’t care to hear mistakes happens, NOT this huge! My address starts w/36 YET the package pictured at 202 address!I honestly feel like FedEx is JOKE! Anybody who I order from, I swear if they ship via FedEx I’ll be sure to cancel the shipment bc not only do the carrier not care, neither does the customer service agents! Now I’m out of a phone and have to take time off work to go get a new phone that shouldn’t been in my hands 9/21

I was at this wonderful location today to sand ? to my mom in NY for Mother’s Day. So as I was waiting for my turn the Lady in front of me went crazy she started to doing stuff behind the counter, swearing yelling just because she have to pay service fee of four dollar I was totally shocked but the representative was behind the counter was very very professional. He handled it very well, and I thanked him for that he deserving a word I never seen anyone with that kind of patient in my whole entire life. He has a great customer service. I wish him all the bestMR Ayno??

This location has to be the only Kinkos FedEx I have to ever entered that is fully welcoming. Everything from the lobby to the computers are sanitized. I am not too tech savvy but I will tell you this, accompany me with nice people and I’ll wait a whole day if I had to just to get something off from this here mobile. So to say them workers have patience is an understatement. Service is appreciated

Pretty awful customer service. Carla wouldn’t locate my company’s account number since this was the first time I tried to do something for my new position. Ayono was not very willing to help me either. Good luck if you go here.

First time here and I was returning two boxes for a hasty return. The lady was professional and helpful to any questions or anything. Quick and painless at this location! Great during non-peak hours I assume.

I don't know if FEDEX is aware but their employee Lauren at the Wayne State University office is freaking awesome. Short story, my company was expecting a package and a 3 day delivery almost ended in a nightmare and Lauren was all over it and stayed in constant contact with me regarding this item, even going so far as to call me even though they were actually closed to the public at the time she called. I really appreciate all her help and dedication to helping resolve this issue. #YOUROCKLAUREN

Had a great experience at Wayne State University FedEx, didn't know how to get my email off of my cell phone but the staff person behind the counter didn't even think twice to help me. Her name was Carla and all I can say is thank you, she did it all while showing me how to do it. Customer service is everything to me plus I needed the help, Carla was friendly and patient.This is my go to FedEx.
