I needed something printed on cardstock last minute and was incredibly stressed out. Madash was incredibly patient helping me get the prints I needed, even learning how to use the new machine that cuts documents in half. Madash provided the BEST customer service and I hope Fedex sees the treasure she is and promotes her!

Gina and Nikki are the BEST!! Absolute rock stars. I placed a big print order online that was going to be ready the next day according to the website....but they had it ready same day within a few hours!! AMAZING! THANK YOU

This rating is my experience from Kim, the manager, on July 16, 2024. I purchased several print copies specific to frame sizes for the art shows. Kim serviced me and was able to show her customer service face for 15 minutes, then she began to describe feelings that didn't exist to me - she was TOTALLY AGGRAVATED to serve me. I had to hear her complaints about other jobs to be done, while all her help was professionally and quietly servicing others, and watch her slam my originals down on the copier until she couldn't service me any longer. She called someone else. She whispered something to the helper and the person came over with a polite nasty way of saying we don't want you here waiting for your product. Kim left the floor for about 8 minutes and came out with a drink and started helping others. I HAD TO STAY for it because of time constraints at a City Hall . Furthermore, I've left work there only to see: total finger prints on my copies, entire washed colors on the parameters of the picture, Kim herself added at least 30 pounds and lightened my reindeer by 3 shades???? There are many other things but I learned to save gas by staying and micromanaging if necessary and REVIEWING IMMEDIATELY. If Kim has anxiety issues, she should get help, medications or not service the public. by the way they CHARGED ME $16.00 TO WAIT TO BE SERVED - I THINK THAT THIS POLICY SHOULD BE REVISITED!!!! I MUST TELL YOU THAT ACTUAL FINAL APPROVED PRINTS ARE AMAZING - just oversight and feedback is needed. Look on the camera to confirm this experience.

Bad customer service today, how is it they expect ppl coming in off the streets to know how to operate their equipment? And then tell you it's 2.50 for them to do it just SMH ?♀️
