I would give 0 stars if I could. Last month we paid for a monthly subscription. We got 2 car washes then the building was closed due to an accident. We came back for weeks to see if they were open.they were not. There was no sign telling us where to go or what to do about the rest of my car washes for the month that I prepaid for. I came today and saw they were finally reopened. They refused to refund my money.Do not go here. They rip you off and do not compensate even when it is their fault. I want my money or the other 28 car washes I am owed for the month I paid when they were closed.

One of the worst places to wash your car. The last 4 times I was there have been terrible. I have a family van, it's not very nice, it's empty, the place I pay one Membership a month and when I went in to the wash, only water, no soap, they got it ready when I entered because it came out just as dirty.
The last time it was so full that they did not have the precaution to check that the fast cars were not leaving and the car behind collided with mine. A lot of mess and it came out dirty. (I upload photo)
I will cancel the membership

Just go somewhere else. 1st time I went I got the cheapest package so I could tip the guys well, kinda my thing...they basically stand there with hoses, no scrub brushes like a traditional car wash, just lazy. Treated me like I was dumb bc I didn't want to basically rear end the person in front of me bc they only want 1inch between cars, screw that! By the time car dried it looked like it just got a rinse. 2nd time I went I didn't tip anyone and decided to get a better package n they have guys that don't speak English, I watched them do other people's rims in front of me which I paid for top, all they did was wipe my car off and just kept saying "drive,go" when I tried to roll my window down and ask about my rims not being done! I don't wanna say it's bc I'm a certain complexion but in these kinds of scenarios in areas like this I get treated like I'm just a dumb white girl and they can just get over on me bc I won't notice or do anything about it? JUST SKIP IT!

Don't do a membership with them!!
They don't do cancelation or refund your money!
The lady who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at all.

I strongly advise against visiting this place; my experience there was extremely disappointing.
Initially, I was enticed by an offer for $1, but to my surprise, I was charged $20 without clear explanation or prior warning, despite my attempts to cancel the membership. Efforts to resolve the issue before the end of the month were met with silence—no one responded to my calls.
When the charge of $20 was made, I immediately contacted them to cancel my membership. However, the representative I spoke with was not only rude but also refused to issue a refund. She stated that my membership could only be canceled after an additional $20 charge was applied.
This policy was never communicated to me at the outset, which I find to be misleading and unfair.

Paid for unlimited wash plan and every time I try to wash my truck they’re closed 5:45pm this Tuesday and drive to Dearborn they’re closed too. I’ve been trying to wash my truck for 3 days now they’re always closed. It snowed like crazy today. May have to cancel.
