Purchased a PlayStation gift card that had already expired. So mad when my grandson said it didn't work and I had thrown my receipt away. Then I went yesterday two hours before closing time. The door was locked. I'm definitely not going in there anymore. I'll just have to walk a little further.

Online hours show specific times of opening. It’s unacceptable when there’s 10+ cars waiting to enter a retail store advertised at opening at a certain time to only be waiting for it to open. We waiting 30mins. I left and people were still waiting. Not good look!!!
