I live a 5 minute walk away, come in at least 3 or 4 times a week, and the last 2 times I've been there just after 9, they're closed, despite everything saying 10. The last time I bought headphones, there was only one in the package, and they had no others to exchange it with and toldme they had no idea how long my refund would take to process. There hasn't been bread in weeks. My card doesn't work there frequently, eventhoufh it works elsewhere. I've boughten over 10 bags of soil, as it's the closest place, and they're frequently already split open or rotten. The only reason this place gets 2 stars, is because several of their employees are very kind, helpful, and patient.

Went to the store 20 minutes before the closing time, and the doors were closed I knocked they ignored me! Not sure if there is a manager read these reviews but that's terrible you should either adjust the time on the map or the door because both say you close the store at 10 o'clock not 9:30!!

Went to the one by alter road on Warren they didn't have any shopping carts and the hand baskets had no handles. There was at least 15 people waiting in line when another cashier finally opened up he said credit or debit only he was able to help two people the rest of us was using cash so everyone still had to wait in the long line only for the cashier to say she didn't have any change so please try to have exact change. I don't fault them I fault the owners of these establishments. Almost everyone of them say they have no change and there is always stock blocking shelves and whole aisles to where you cant get to items. I really try not to have to go to any family dollar but if I do I go to the one on Gratiot and Mt. Elliot, their usually well stocked and the staff is really polite and they have shopping carts. To the people who own Family Dollar visit your locations and see how poorly their ran. I know places are short on staff so I can understand that, but your short on staff, stock and let's especially not forget change

The store was in disarray and junkie !! The store needs to be organized really bad. It was kinda scary in there. The reason I'm giving the store a five is because of the young lady that waited on me, She was trying to stock a shelf, and when she heard me at the counter, she hurried up to ring me up so I could leave. She was quite polite and friendly, great customer service !! Had just had a tooth pulled and she noticed that I wasn't feeling well, and asked if I were ok !! Young Lady keep up the good work !!
