They're in the middle of changing the layout of the store so it's a bit overwhelming. I do like what they are doing and hope to find more items like forks that aren't rusted. Aside from that the customer service was top notch. Everyone was welcoming, nice, helpful and looked genuinely happy to be there.

Was shopping at store with my friend today 09/09/22 at 4:20 pm. I was in clothing section getting a shirt, pair of shorts an 6 pair of sox an I do gotta say they were priced at a good deal. Then I heard my friend in a loud voice saying let go of me, an I ran about 5 rows back near the rear of the store an see her an an unknown person verberly arguing an as I approached him he grabbed the stuff I was holding an asked were the "draus were". He stated he worked there as the manager an he saw her carring a pair of draus, an now she dont have them an wanted to search her an her purse, I told him because he was just wearing plain close no name tag, company attire that I need him to go get a worker that can idenify him because there is no proof what soever he is an employee. He said he dont have to an if she didnt consent to a search that we had to leave. Lol I told him call the police cause something is wrong, at that point he took us to the cashier that said he did work there an he was over him. Not sure what that means but then we were told to leave store but before we left my friend opened her purse an there were no panties (draus) in it. I want to file a complaint but its a big run around can somebody from managment contact me cause the stores have video an audio an this is just plain out assault.

Floor staff were polite & helpful. Young guy on the register today 4/28/22 at approximately 2:20 has an unwelcoming attitude. He stood there & said nothing, completely ignored my greeting. Doesn’t make me want to spend MY money here!!!

This family dollar is so rude lights out for weeks trashy front counter nasty floor nasty I know this family dollar need to be shut down cashier curse talk any way they want screaming for manager this is the hood ghetto short they need district manager to be in this store every day signs on door out side front door thrash can away full smoke at door begger at door security guard always at the end of store I only go in there if I have to I'll go pass and go to the next dollar store .- no 0 fail this store need help and family dollar company is wrong for letting this store do wat they want never open on time but they close on time help get this store together this store needs to be boycott. This place is sad close it down like grand river.

OK 1st off let me just say this is a Family Dollar store that I frequently visit for purchases of miscellaneous things of that certain and for the most part I've never had any issues when shopping here, however, today I've noticed that they had some new hires. This particular cashier refused to allow me to put in my number for my discount which is the 1st time this has ever happened. Now I hate posting negative reviews it's not something that I like to do but I feel obligated based on fairness and we need to be accountable and responsible for for our actions. When I asked the said cashier to allow me to put my phone number and she acted though I didn't say anything to her and proceeded on with the sale so instead of making a big stink about it, I just went ahead and paid for my purchases and left out the door, but let this be a lesson to one and all. I am not sure if not allowing the customer to put in the customer to put their number in allows the store to make more money or this is just a character flaw, however, one must look in the mirror and think about if I was the person on the other side paying for a purchase how would I like to be treated that's the moral of story and I'm sticking to it.

The cashier was put in a bad position from the manager I decided I didn't want 1 item she was the only person on the floor there was a older man waiting to see her but she told the cashier she was on a conference call in the office but the cashier didnt have anyway to move the line because she needed the managers help and couldn't even get the help damn shame i wont be returning they again .

I walked in and asked the front end employee if they have a restroom and she was like “ a public restroom ? No .. we don’t “ she clearly sounded like she doesn’t want me to use their restroom..So I left...let me tell you one thing girl I know that every store has restrooms for employees and customers...you at least should have the heart to let a person relieve her...

One star is too good, it deserves no stars.We went in there yesterday, the store smelled really, really bad,the floors was deplorable looks like they haven’t been clean since store open, merchandise was all over the floors, didn’t go any further left immediately and wiped off the bottom of shoes because didn’t want to tracks anything into car. It needs to me shut down and redid and put under new management.??
