Just left the Family Dollar on Harper and Lakewood. According to the hours on the door, it should have opened 30 min ago but me and other customers are still standing outside waiting while the cashier is standing by the register on his phone. People are knocking on the door but he's ignoring everyone. Another customer said that this happens all the time. Why are they even still in business?
