Wanted to purchase a used vehicle (I understand there will be problems with a used vehicle but hear me out) the car battery was DEAD they had to jump start it, when I asked about the check engine light I was told "I don't know, maybe the muffler, we can go to auto-zone across the road and get it scanned" I believe they fix cars here also so they should technically have a scanner. I asked more questions about the vehicle as we drove and the main answer I got was "I DON'T KNOW" I am upset that I was unable to purchase a vehicle but I'm also glad. Once again CAR WAS DEAD and sales man would answer my questions with I DON'T KNOW.

Hey I love these guys I came to them with a problem they solved it with a Saturn outlook car I never thought I would be driving great team of guys I love my Saturn outlook I'm trading it in for a better year so I can drive for Uber Lyft door dash task RABBIT and Amazon I'm going to be put some miles on it I need to trade up these guys say they got me covered with newer car for my jobs talk about good Customer service Jesus Christ I'm buying all my cars from these gentlemen they vary fair

Brought this car 2 months ago the car broke down 32 days later. Engine failure took one month to fix. Got the car back four days ago now I'm back at the shop the car won't start again. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go here. I don't care what is wrong with your credit. Terrrrrrriiible place. I am going to do everything in my power to get my money back and this place shut down. I will not rest until I do.

I went to couple dealerships that tried to put me in old car ..this was the only place that really worked with and spent like an hour explaining my options.. ended up getting 2012 charger with warranty ..THANK YOU!

Their interest rates are terrible. The car I got started making noises since the day I bought it. It still is. And I found out that there is something wrong with my engine. All of their cars have problems. No matter if you walk out of there with a car or think you got a good deal you are really screwed over. You just made one of the worst mistake. Nine times out of ten. Your car is going to have a problem. All their cars have problems. The day I got my car I was going to turn around. People were coming in and complaining about their cars. I should have took the hint then. I wish I walked out.

Do not go here, they would not even allow me to test drive a car (I'm 52 750 credit score) without being approved, when I ask if they could get me a loan (they approve everyone) they refused to even try to get me the loan, telling me to go to my credit union and go somewhere else, this place is for people with very bad credit so they can charge them HIGH interest rates. Nash and sales manager and discriminatory morons.
