I got a 2017 Ford Fusion from them back in December and I love my car but a week ago my engine went out and I haven’t even had the car a whole year yet. I feel like this is ridiculous man. I put down $2300 on this car and they pretty much sold me a lemon and I’m pissed as I just went a whole year without a car. I tried to reach out last week but I haven’t received a call back. I feel like I’m owed something since they sold me a car with a bad engine.

I was referred to come here from a close friend. I was very skeptical at first because a lot of car lots will waste your time. But NOT this one honey ! Originally I was going to get a Buick from these guys but I waited one more day. I came back the next day because they were working on me with getting me approved. Once I got home I received a call that I was! So upon coming up the next day I saw a Cadillac and baby. I told Josh & Jacqueline that I wanted the Cadillac instead of the buick. They did all the impossible to make it happen and I walked out of there with my Cadillac. My children absolutely love it and the panoramic sunroof . No issues with he vehicle so far besides needing brakes replaced. I want to thank you guys so much for getting my wonderful family back on the road. I would highly recommend!!! Thank you guys so much.

I’m being nice by giving this place a 2 star review. And the only reason I’m doing that is because Jacquline was very helpful and sweet but that other guy.. no.. I’m always hesitant of going to the side lots but i really wanted a particular car and they had it. I went in to have a test drive and was told (AFTER already being handed the key and only after i asked for a Pre purchase inspection) they would have to approve me first before they would let me test drive the car. RUN MY CREDIT and if i don’t like it my credit was ran for nothing because nothing else on their lot caught my eye. The way he walked up on me was so rude and that’s not how you treat a future customer. I left and next day god blessed me and i found another one at an A lot and was treated with the upmost respect.
